请教，关于追债公司

1）追债公司跟政府部门应该无关吗？
2）还有哪位知道个人与公司之间的财务纠纷中，公司起诉个人的底限是多少钱？（假设是个人欠公司钱）。记得以前听人说过好象是800 还是1000，请明白人指点。
3）蒙城华人服务中心有免费的律师咨询吗？如果有人知道，也请指点一二。

GAS公司曾经给我一张错误的帐单，我打过电话，可是他们拒绝改正，而且以后的钱数都是在这个错误的帐单上累加起来的，所以我就没有交钱。这是很长时间以前的事了，但是现在他们找我让我付这些钱，我不知道如果我坚持不交的话，最坏的结果会是什么？我的朋友们说法不一，所以在这里想请高人指点，给个明确的说法，或者好的建议。多谢！

thanks a lot, my friend. your words are correct, but I really have no time to do it in 3 monthes.I am sure if I connect them they will bother me everyday for a long time. so can you tell me if I donot replay them , what's the worst result for me ?

请问楼下，讨债公司的事了了吗？本人最近遇到相同问题。尽请各位指点。一年半前被一高校录取，注册后即Cancel，白教了800多，但最近（7月16日）讨债公司上门，让我立即交清该校欠款1000多，幸好找到当年收据，FAX给他们，但是很快告知除此800还欠1000。本人不明白是什么钱，等到28日到校方查，得到答复说我只需交500多，如果能证明我是Resident，这500也可商量，但结果需再等一周。我将最新情况通告讨债公司，没想到对方蛮横无比，告诉我讨债公司不可以‘Argue’,不可以‘Discount’，我们确信你欠钱，（但又不能给出我欠的名目，只是反复说我欠他们Client的钱）7月31日是期限，逾7月31日下午3点，就要起诉我。请各位高人指点，我是等校方的最后通知，还是向讨债公司低头。如果他们真起诉我，我该怎么办？

if you did signed a contract with the school and you have one copy with you,go and check the contract to see if there is the rules.if does, you have to pay.otherwise, you don't need to pay.if you wanna more information,leave your E-mial,i will tell you my story.(i've had a similar story like yours.)
