why you buy 腆慇's story?
i've been living in canada for more than 10 years, and i shopped countless times in all kinds of grocery stores.
anyone got beaten by the boss? never seen once, never heard once... anyone taken away by police changed with stealing? 2 or 3 times.
personally, i never eat chocolate in any store, but i ALWAYS drink $5/bottle fresh fruit juice at lablews and scan the empty bottle when i check out. never been stopped or told not to do so.
believe me, store owners are shopplifting provention professionals, they won't stop you and check your bag unless they are 99.99% sure you steal something. beat you up? they must hate you guts and they have have hard evidence on hand. why beat you up instead of calling 911? they mercy you, because you are a poor immigrant and they wanna you take the lightest lesson.
just think twice about what i said, wang8 is always right on this board!!!!
