以前是两个紧邻的市,与河对岸的渥太华相对,现在在行政上合并为一个市---GATINEAU,而HULL只是其中的一个区.不过在传统上,人们还是分HULL和GATINEAU的.

Thanks for your good information. But do you know how long one has to wait before he can attend the COFI, in general? And how is Gatineau like---its job opportunity, her people, the propotion of English-speaking population, is it easy for the kids to go to primary school, etc?
