Anybody knows how to change the drivers' licence of Quebec from other provinces in Canada?

don't change it until the expiry date, otherwise, you will get demerit points.

I mean if you make a mistake in Quebec, you r not gonna get demerit points with an Ontario licence. If you change to Quebec licence, you will get the demerit points when you make a mistake. Anyhow, I'm on penalty period of 3 months. The cause is over demert points. **** the polices of quebec.
