趴车被罚款，愤愤不平！

我住在downtown，这事发生在上星期六，不知道晚上要清除路边的积雪，结果车被拖到不远的地方，罚款$92。星期一的时候，车被拖的地方不能趴车，又一张罚款单，$42。真他妈的气愤。要是这单子不付，会怎么样？请大家帮我出出主意。

after 6 months, you will receive a notice from court, and then you will pay more plus the court fee.

i don't have experience on parking ticket after car is towed.
But I think, they towed your car to a place that not allow to park. It is not right. It is there mistake. They should tow your car to a place that allow to park. They should pay for the ticket.

But I found it hard to phone them(either people towed your car, or the police). Because it always the machine answer your phone call.

i experience the same case as you did and finially I lose the case.At that time, you need to pay more. As I understood, for such case, the driver will have 99% chance to lose the case. The article says that it is the driver's responsibility to alert such snow clearing. You will have one chance to plea not guilty. But I guess you will lose.

没看见扫雪牌是你的责任，肯定要吃罚单。他拖车是应该的，他当时把你的车拖到的地方可以停，但并不是总能停，像你说的到了下一个星期就不能停了，你还应该看清停牌，这里总是要在路的两边换来换去，不可能在一边停一个星期，没什么好气愤的，赶快交罚单，不然有利息还会吃传票
，以后多注意一下吧，没办法。
BTW我也吃过，不只一次，只怪自己。
