Recently, so many potholes in roads, some of them are very big, deep and sharp! I always try to avoid hitting them and doing this is really very danguous in a heavy traffic.

I wonder who should fix these potholes? and can I get compensation if my car was damaged due to these holes?

It's all part of the wear and tear of a car. You are acountable. If your car is in good working order, you wont have a problem with pot-holes.

I think your answer is very welcomed by the mayor who is being grilled by so many montrealers. I think for small or shallow potholes, it is acceptable for a small car to roll over, but for some big ones..., it will bring huge "bang" on the tires, springs. I saw severl mega potholes on the roads, which is about 1 meter diameter, and about 30 cm deep, think about it? Which car is built for this one?
