Yes, I did it, and I got 12 months credit back with 10 % discont. and I quit the service with Bell when I received the credit, and I moved my services to Rogers.

but seldom people have the ability to get it. so most people including natives here have to blame it by internet.

if u really like to help others, please write down how could u get this result, but not only say u did it and got the good result. everybody can say he got it, but only the evidence could be persuaded.  
sorry for bad manners. i just do not like everybody who speaks BELL is not bad. at least u do not speak before the one who deeply hurted by BELL.

N年前, 就有很多老移民告誡除了基本電話服務外不要用BELL的其它服務, 不聽啊. 有人還說這樣可以增加與客服練口語的機會, 讓人哭笑不得.

可惜偶不是N年前来的呀,去年来到这里,才领教了它了.申请的时候还是住在这里至少三年的人告诉我申请它的网正好有优惠,谁知道这么久的居民还不知道它的坏,可见宣传不够........
基本电话现在也有比它好的了,用它也不需要了.前两个月听一个朋友说她的电话也是好久没有CANCEL掉,多收钱不知解决了没有.:mad: :mad: :mad:
