楼主您好，刚拿到CSQ，有两个问题想请教下：

1. 是要先把联邦的申请表递上去，然后等他们寄体检表来再体检？还是可以自己download表格，先去体检？

2. 第二个问题是关于无犯罪证明的，现在我手里有中国的无犯罪证明的公证，有听朋友说好像用中国的无犯罪公证就可以了，没有加拿大的无犯罪证明真的可以吗？

看来你是赶上那批背景调查了，的确没有任何办法，你可以写封邮件问问使馆进度，但是一般情况下他们会给你回复一封很程式化的信，基本上不会解决实际问题。耐心一点等吧，应该快了。

感谢你的答复，一般来说， 背调通常会持续多久？像我的情况， 我该准备什么因应对策？还烦你给指点。

我的问题是：我有国内的专科毕业证，两年制那种，而且来这有一年半了，之前一年都在英语学校学英语，如果再学一年专科的话就可以申请移民是吗？能成功吗？是必须要上一年专科吗？谢谢

Could you please do me a favor by helping me with the following questions? I have to write in english because no chinese on my computer.

My situation is like this:

My brother wants to have a visit in Canada, and stay with us for sometime because he wants to immigrate to Canada but first to live here for a few months in order to get to know whether this place is good for him or not.

My question is:

How can he come to canada for a short visit? He has no degree. Can I invite him and by using what reasons?

He is married with a kid. He is selfemployed and has his own house and car and his own company.

我的情况是这样的，最近上网才发现，移民局在网上把我的mailing地址写错了，虽然已经更正了，但之前移民局可能寄出的信肯定收不到了，有可能包括体检通知等信件。请问楼主这种问题应该怎么解决呢？
