My guess is you failed to pay the speed ticket. I suggest to call the court and ask if you have to go for the court even you want to pay the ticket. There is no negotiation here with the court. You have to follow the orders.
If you failed to go to the court without letting them know, the court will have the right to take certain actions and by them it will cost you.
