因为我没有T4,及其它的收入. 所以一月初就可以报税. 也有朋友说,要到2月28日后,所有报税用的单据都到了才可以报税.但我没有其它的单据,是否可提前报税呢?

t4 should be mailed to you by your employer by the end of Feb, required by law.
t3 and t5, you should be able to get them by mid of April, sometimes could be later.

if you rent, you should wait for RL4. its refundable tax credit.
