I'm lazy, didn't look too hard.  Only do it once or twice a year anyway.  I havn't done Henna for more than 5 years now, doesn't matter.

我蒸桑拿不行，蒸一次晕一次，热毛巾我嫌麻烦。。湿蒸是水蒸气，干蒸是没水汽吧？我也不知道哎~

尝试一下食疗.坚持一个星期吃猪蹄或猪皮.熬点汤喝什么的.看看有没有改善.我吃这些多,就觉得头发还算油亮.

Just realized that I should give everyone more details on Henna:

It is very messy and greasy to wash, for minimum 1 week if not more.

My hair used to be EXTREMELY bad, I've tried 'everything' for many years without success, at all price ranges.   Somehow I did the cooking oil+henna by mistake and it fixed my hair.  Those who have regular hair may not want to try this recipe.
