这个有意思，不知道哪里找到的，我在罐子上没有看到说明。
不过做起来很容易啦，加点油和自己喜欢的调料，随便翻炒一下就可以了，试吃的时候他们就放了很多蒜茸。

你们都在哪家Costco的哪个专柜买的呢?

和风色拉酱可不只是味道好，主要是含热量低，老外的色拉酱调料尽量少吃，热量超高。
这个用来拌日本凉面是一绝。

- blench in hot water quickly to remove 罐的味道
- fry in butter+garlic, or bake

“和风”牌的沙拉酱很好吃 - it's a nice salad dressing, most of my friends like it. A lot cheaper than supermarkets.

Just for heating things up, whenever u think garlic smell nice (don't burn your garlic).  Actually, this recipe should work with Microwave ovens also.  Have fun!
