几十年前的旧房子大多都是用油的.
如果是有几十个单位出租的中型楼还可以接受.自住就得买新新新的房子住..

1. price of Hydro-Quebec from Oct 27- Feb, 24 2008 four months:
$120 + 175$ = $295 include cooking food with electricity
2. Oil price is $500

so still much cheaper than last year.

Thanks a lot Programmer. Did your dealer help you to apply for the Bi-energy program? I hear Hydro-quebec need a technicien with CMEQ, or CEDAF or CMMDQ to sign up an application form for me...
