我住downtown,就想租个简装版的车。
ps：我没有带保险的信用卡

几家租车行在downtown都有办公室，查黄页即可，价钱常在变，不固定，没人能说哪家一定好。 十几刀到八九十刀一天，按周/月租更便宜， 有曾见周末三天共19.99.  注意保险价不同， 有无公里数收费。 其它都差不多。 网上可以找到便宜的。

For now, I only know Enterprise is having a sales for ~$10/day for the smallest car from their Longueuil location.  Other outlets are ~$20.

I said, "有曾见周末三天共19.99" it was Enterprise. they put the sign on the office window(downtown, guy/Rene Lavesque)
I meant to say, the price changes from day to day, from different location to location within the same company, even from time to time during the same day on the web.
Likely those very cheap rates come with restriction on the mileage, or higher insurance premier.

Thanks!  I did understand u, just never saw anything similar and wondering where they advertise.

There are ~$10/day on web, mostly smaller companies(don't think I can use Credit Card to cover insurance) + from Airport which is too far.  Then, I only rent unlimited  :p  :p

mtlpost, something else worth mentioning, even with those large companies, when they have those kind of very very low-price promotions, if you want to use your credit card to cover the insurance, they often tell u a different price plan applies. airport rental location usualy has extra airport-related fees _ they never really mean to let comsumers have it at marketed/promoted price _ ask all the details before signing.

mtlpost, Car rental is not only tricky but also interesting. 闲着多聊几句．

很多私人的汽车保险，已有包租车险（不一定用金卡，银卡无的），只是很多人并不去读保险的细则。

有一次，去miami坐船，飞到fort　laudedale（因为便宜，９９＄）　租车，还到miami downtown不另加异地还车费，那里还有去码头的shuttle bus, 自觉得意，　结果帐单来后见有加码头费，　明明租车地在downtown吗，你完全可能是打的去码头的吗．　说是规定．因为该location是常规到码头接客．固定受这附加费．　

机场租车，expedia.com, travelocity.com, orbiz.com..... 在列出不同公司价格时表明off airport location.　通常会便宜，　有shuttle在机场接你去机场外取车．你要是不着急行，　别回来赶不上飞机，想想你在一个不熟悉的城市，要找到机场外的还车地，再赶上天黑．．．再要搭shuttle 进机场．　那shuttle bus 可不是时时刻刻等你的． 有一次里开机少与３０分钟到柜台，不给办登机卡，是airplan的票，柜台不办改签，要电话去联系，除了挨罚，还要看有没有座，，，已经夜里１２点了，你去哪？机场酒店乘机枪钱要２８０　可第二天一早６:３０的飞机，实在不想被宰，又没有啥国内实兴的＂钟点房＂，　最后在机场“教堂”里囚了一晚，Newark机场里好象是９１１后搞了个让人祈祷的地方．　车钱省了，但是．．．

有时租车５天，按一星期租，会更核算，　如果自己在网上，时间合适，试着分成wkd和wkend两段价格有时会更便宜．

现在很多公司有建议先买他们一箱油，单价比外面便宜，还车不用加油了，是否核算？你能把车开到没油还吗．要他们给你还车时作选择的权利．（而不是先定）．

通常大公司可靠点，有问题容易解决．有一次路上被好事者追上，说我的刹车灯不亮，转了半天找不到修的地方．　回去找租车行抱怨，最后租车行自动同意减免费用．　

避免机场的关门后还车， 把车停那，钥匙扔合子了，你走了， 不知是谁把车刮了， 说不清。你也没空和千里之外的公司讲理。

我想大家都会有很多故事，临时一两天租车，不必太考虑只要便宜即可，长时间异地多目的租车需要平衡各种条件．
