Last time, we were charged $169 for long distance by Bell, as my husband called his family of 35 minutes! So we called Bell and argued with them and told them we could not pay this high amount. Tthey told us as we didn't open the long distance service, so they charged 3.19/minute; if we opened long distance service, they would charge about 5$/month + 0.8/minute, so it would be much cheaper. Then they helped us to open the service and we paied just a few dollars (less than 10$) instead of $169! Just try and good luck!
If you don't argue with them, and just refuse to pay, then they will give your case to the collection company to collect the money. I am afraid it will give a backmark to your credit. |
