因为只有半年以上的工作经验才会加分啊，我们只是有了工作而已，但才作了2，3个月呢

I met this black guy today as well. He was so serious, though he promised to give me the CSQ , I felt a little bit disgusting during the process of interview. I had no chance to speak much French(I practiced a lot with my friends, I thought it would have been a long conversation), only two or three English, then, everything is done.  Not comfortable, the worst meething I had since I came to Canada.

suggestions for the interviewees (you might meet this black guy soon).

1. Keep a little bit distance with him when you have interview (his desk is very messy).

2. He may not many questions, his accent is serious (try to practice the prepared questions with some black people who  have accent. I am serious)

3. Don't feel scared of him, when he checks the documents, it is easy for him to make mistakes (in my case), you have to gaze at  it (I am from McGill, he said I was from Concordia)!!!

Anyway, I felt so bad about this experience though I would get my CSQ.

unqualified civil servant!!!
