you should be responsible of all what you typed here, no matter in whatever language. if you could not prove your conclusion, it would prove that you are a lier.

Actually the girl is the torch holder, any attack to that torch equals to attack the torch holder. This is common sense.

BTW, i just saw a news on the www.online.sh.cn yesterday which said that the girl was hurted on her face during the attack. Obviously, this is the physical attack on that girl.

common sense is not proof, neither "obviously". the hurt on the girl's face does not prove anything.

you must show the proof that the guy attacked the girl, and the hurt on her face was done by the guy.

common sense is common sense which is what people in common would agree on and based on common natural understanding. That means most of people will agree that if someone attack the torch equals to attack the torch holder and this does not need any proof.

Also, the description by that girl clealy proved that there was physical attack from that guy.

In Common Law, "battery" is the willful or intentional touching of a person against that person's will by another person. Please note that an offensive touching can constitute a battery even if it does not cause injury, not to mention that the disabled girl's chin has been badly scratched. Should the offender be arrested and sued?

NO. The offender is a "peaceful protestor". The Chinese torch guards who tried to protect the girl were called "thugs" by some politicians, while the French or UK police dragging or arresting protestors received no similar accusation. Isn't this double standard?

I sincerely hope you would answer YES YES YES as your name suggests.
