借人气问一下，入籍申请表CIT0407中，计算最后4年的在加拿大时间。有一句：have you left canada in the last 4years?NO  OR   YES
本人自入境一直在加拿大，刚够3年。从未离开，应填no；但是往前推最后的第4年又是在中国（因为还没有成为移民），好像又该填yes.
请有经验者帮忙解答，谢谢！

谁知道现在改地址会不会影响进度（安省改到魁省）？

My guess is no because you haven't left since you came to Canada. But I'm not an expert.

应该跟你4年钱是否移民没关系，只要你一直在这里就应该是“No"

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called A Look at Canada on May 14, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.  

We started processing your application on November 10, 2009.  

Your file was transferred to the Montréal CIC office on December 16, 2009. The Montréal CIC office will contact you if additional information is required. The Montréal CIC office will contact you regarding your citizenship test once all the necessary checks on your file are complete.


从递表到现在都等了快18个月了，还没考试的通知，这正常吗？ 我递表后就回国了，最近才回来，有人说CIC可以查到我们出入境的信息，如果在国内呆太久，他们会故意拖延的，真是这样吗？

你的file从转到montreal到现在的时间绝对是超过正常范围，都快一年了，你最好打电话问问
