As I know, you can call government toll free number on the guide: 1-800-959-8281,it will tell you the nearest place for you to find a volunteer to fill out your tax return. but, they still charges you about $3 per person, I don't know why. or, you can send me a message for more questions: taxquickreturn2003@yahoo.ca
