我开车一小时后，仪表盘的温度指针最多走一格（一共有格），打开发动机盖（不熄火），发现散热器前边的风扇不转，请问有何问题？

Go to garage to change the thermostat, it should be in the middle for about
90c degree. （一共有格）By the way how many? The repair is only $10 plus labor.
The radiator fan switch seems ok.

If you continue to run in cold temperature.
your engine will be worn faster.
you generate for pollution.
you will spend more on gas.
you will feel cold when outside is freezn.
