Hi, I am thinking about the application for an MBA  program with finance specialization and feel confused about the choice between HEC and McGill. Is there anyone that can give me some advices?

照我说，如果你法语不好的话，HEC和MCGILL都不怎么样。如果你法语不错的话，这两所学校找工作都没问题。

thanks for your answers.  atually, i have no plan to stay in montreal and just want to relocate after finishing study; so, which one is more popular or more "hot" in Canada?

for sure, i know that ranking is just a reference. that is why i want to get some advises from people who studied there before or who are studying there now.

Either one is not hot in Canada. Ivey and U of Toronto are the best in Canada. If you just wanna take advantage of the cheap tuitions fees, Mcgill and HEC are the same.  But the admission is more competitive for Mcgill, and you better have a 700+ GMAT to apply. HEC is easier to get in, while a lot of Chinese students. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

HEC montreal是法国传统商校体系，上它的MBA……很是奇怪。如同在法国，如果上INSEAD的MBA，法国人会觉得是一件很好的事，如果上HEC paris的MBA，法国人自己都会觉得奇怪……
HEC montreal还是上它的MSC是正道，MSC比MBA强太多了，至少毕业6个月，本地就业率是100%.

我也在盘算hec 的mba 呢。。。就是想快点毕业的。
找工作主要是还是语言跟工作经验，有个master压底

实话实说，HEC 的授课质量好一点，但是，McGill 的名气大，排名高，品牌好，学生牛，
要是我选，我会选 McGill.
