请问蒙城哪家的龙虾做的比较好？

Tomalley or lobster paste is the soft, green substance found in the body cavity of lobsters, that fulfils the functions of both the liver and the pancreas. Tomalley corresponds to the hepatopancreas in other arthropods. It is considered a delicacy, and may be eaten alone but is often added to sauces for flavour. The term lobster paste or lobster pâté can also be used to indicate a mixture of tomalley and lobster roe. Lobster bisque, lobster stock, and lobster consommé is made using lobster bodies (heads), often including the lobster liver.

算是龙虾的肝胰腺吧。我看了那颜色就觉得恶心。不过红红的虾籽倒还能吃得下去

男龙虾的叫膏，不知道是不是精子团？女龙虾的叫籽，也许是卵子（跟鱼卵似的？）不知道是不是这样的。自从有一次想到了这个，俺就不再吃的下去了有知道的同学给说一下呗~

谢谢指教. 幸亏俺现在改吃素叻. 很多东西吃的时候不能多想,比如那雪蛤,是青蛙的子宫还是输卵管,以前还觉得很养颜
