请教魁省父母移民问题   
第一步是否先寄申请表去联邦，看说明好象不用提供任何薪水资产证明　只要填申请表　然后付联邦的申请费550$+475$ 就行了。然后就等着，我理解的对么？ 好象也有主申请人(475$),　副申请人(550$)之分. 　谢谢
