没有刮密码的可以到买原卡的地方换，我已经到荣昌行换了，不过刮了密码的她们不负责。

Thanks for the info., 荣昌行 has also 换了new phone cards for me.

p.s.  荣昌行 has 五仁 +++月饼, $20/2boxes.

人家公司也发声明了，就在这期的报纸上。如果是骗人的，个人认为直接逃跑不是反而省事吗？

在哪里登报认错的？我原来只在《蒙城华人报》上看过SCC电话卡的广告，刚才翻了一下上期《蒙城华人报》的电子版，怎么没有找到该公司认错的声明？

1.  the green $5 "Calling Card" @ http://www.************.ca/item.php?id=1107 - low per minute rate (~$0.01/min), but only 1 or 2 months valid, + there are deduction of ~$0.20 every 4 or 5 days.

2. Asia One @ http://www.************.ca/item.php?id=1106 - people say it's good, valid for 6 months, use 1-800#, extra $0.06 per minutes.  I only called US, I don't find the calling quality as good, but better than the old SCC, may also better than the green Calling Card.  Not sure, believe CS told me there's ~$0.90 if use pay phone.

I use prepaid phone cards on pay phones.  Guess I'm getting older now, I'm starting to find both green Calling Card and Asia One not acceptable.  I've started to switch to Pharmaprix + President Choice prepaid cards.  Per minute rates are "high", about 4-5 cents, but there are promotions.  I've bought $20 PC card few weeks ago and got a $10 card for free.  Both are Bell line, extremely clear.  Pharmaprix, I may have paid $10 for $15 before x'mas, not sure.

3. Pharmaprix prepaid- it only deduct 25 cents for pay phone use in Montreal (TILL NOW).  However, when we make calls from US, there's additional charge of 10 cents per min.

4. PC prepaid - just tested, they really only charged 4 cents per minute, no additional charge for using 1-8##- from US.  They were supposed to charge for pay phone usage.  Just got a "long" call from Chicago airport for 50 seconds, only took off 4 cents.  All the cheap phone cards would have deducted 2 min. instead of 1.

If anyone calling Europe/UK only, worth considering above.  I'm switching to PC, may be supplement with Calling Card for rare time when I need to make tons of calls.

I don't know, but VOX are sold at many drug stores and gas stations, also claims to use Bell lines, check that out for yourself at vox.ca.

这个卡我都用了好几年了，一直不错。最近刚买的新卡，才用了两三次，这就给废了。消费者呀，谁能保护我们呢？

我以前用过skype, 通话质量的确不错，但是暗藏费用太多，又要接驳费，还有作废日期。现在我用yahoo messenger，通过质量略差，还说得过去。

请大家推荐高质量、不骗人的电话卡。

Just tested with 1 local Montreal call, called 1-866### from payphone . . . . .

PC Prepaid Calling card only deducted $0.04 for 1 minute talk, no additional charge for payphone usage.  
=公用电话，PC电话卡有1-866接入号, 不用投币.

Note:  Officially, they MAY have said $0.25 or $0.50 charge for payphone usage.
