想问一下,公司之前炒孕妇被人告了,在打官司,
因为公司说曾给被炒员工口头警告让他另外找工,
该员工否认。所以现在公司发书面警告(方便以后炒人无后顾之忧),
但是理由牵强,disobey, careless等等。
觉得这样的公司太过分荒诞,信中内容我已做了反驳,
但是也无意留在这种公司了,这样辞职能拿EI吗?
哪位高人指教。。。。
* write a letter to commission des normes du travail, complain what your job and 孕妇 condition to get your protection.
* talk to your family doctor, tell him/her that the stress you suffer make you sick and you worry about your baby's health. if doctor prouve that, you can get you e.i.
* if doctor doesn't prouve, make a rendez-vous with a emploi canada agent, tell them all you suffer and the complain that you have done with commission des normes du travail, mostly you can get e.i.
* last and at least, keep good humor, nothing (job, money, etc) is more important than the baby!
