I check the website of Canadian immigraion office. It says that if you live outside Canada, you have to call the local Canadian embassy to check your application status

Thank you for sharing your inforamtion and suggestion. Here is the email I got from Canadian General Consulate in NewYork:

As you are currently living and working in the US, we are assuming any correspondence that has been sent to your address in Canada, has not been received by you.

As you are expected to be IN Canada to complete the process of becoming a Canadian citizen by Naturalization, there are unfortunately no relevant e-mail addresses, or phone or FAX numbers available from outside Canada. You will therefore have to contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada office in Canada where your application is currently located for further information.
