It's called cashier check, you can go to bank ask the bank people to make (print) cashier check for you. but you have to have account in this bank. it's the same as cash. don't lose it.

还有一种跟现金支票差不多的，但雇主在上面手写了你的SIN号码，是未扣税的，但不知如何报这种支票的税？数额不大，估计不会给T4，是很不正式的工作。
