BELL -$25+ -$5x3
I wasn't going to ask Bell again, but want to see if I can get the $13.41, so I called the 1-866# provided by LZ. Ended up getting the -$25+-$5x3 the [color="Red"]4th time.
** REMINDER: please be nice to whoever answers the phone. They get min. wage to do an awful job. **
1) March 26, 08 - Retention Dept. - $25(4/08) + -$5x3(4-6/08). [color="Red"](1st time)
2) July 22, 08 - Loyalty/Promotion Deptment - $-$25(8/08) +-$5x3(8-10/08) [color="Red"](2nd time)
3) Oct. XX - Loyalty Dept. - the girl tried (-$40 again) but too early to put new set of credit on system. Suggested me to call again few days before Billing, i.e. ~end of month for me.
4) Oct. 30 - Loyalty Dept. - the guy was in bad mood, told me he couldn't continue to give me credit.
5) Nov. 19, 08 - Loyalty Dept. (=310-Bell, say CANCELLATION to automated system Emily, then u get to this Loyalty Dept) - girl said 3 months $18.41. I didn't want to continue talk talk :frown:, assumed or believed that there will be -$25 at the end of 3 months, MISTAKE. Only got -$5x3, total $15. [color="Red"](3rd time)
6) March 17, 09 - 1-866#, then transferred to "romotion Dept" - another -$25 +$5x3. [color="Red"](4th time)
The girl gave me her name and employee #. I'm too tired in "talking", don't want to know any more bloody #. She said she's at 310-Bell "Disconnect Home Phone" Department. I've got total $95 credit so far, another $40 promised to come. Good luck to all!

1) No contract: Savings = $25 + $5x3 = $40, if u're lucky, u may even get it 2nd time(same year).
vs.
2) 1 year contract: Savings = $5 x 6 = $30
vs.
3) 2 yrs. contract: Savings =$5 x 12 = $60 |
