本人现在打工，打算近期报名TRAINING ，是FULLTIME ，如果申请EI有没有影响，是申请LOAN，BOUSRY 好还是申请EI？ 请指点。先谢谢了。

It depends what kind of training:

* if the training is approuved by Ministère de l'Éduction like university or college, mostly, you have to cancel your ei then ask for loan or bousry.

* if not, then you 'd better talk to your ei agent, ask for permission to get the training.

As you are working, better way to do, it is when you are eligible for ei, talk in same time to your ei agent, that you want to get training (career re-orientation),  they will propose you some training course.

by the way, if you quit your job, you can't get ei.
