I think, if you are ok with French, it may be better to take a training program in French in a private college or school. You can learn a specialty there while getting the loan and busary from Quebec Education Ministry.
To find a job here, if you don't have Canadian working experience, even with a higher diploma, you may not find what you want. Or you can find a job, but it can not give you the salary you want.
If you take a training (short term) program, then you can start to search for jobs meeting your expectation in a short time. Don't underestimate the training program, I saw lots of friends graduated from Andre Laurendeau school, Lasalle College or other schools in international trade, logistics or transportation etc. found their jobs in the relevant fileds. They don't have high diploma, but they found their jobs quickly. Then you can earn working experience quickly, and accumulate it in order to find a better job in the future. In Canada, they look at a lot in your working experience here.
If you have higher diploma, some company may not hire you, because they think you can not join them with the salary they offer you, considering your higher education qualification. For if you have higher diploma, they think you may ask for higher salary.
Sorry for not talking in Chinese, because I did not install my Chinese system yet on my computer. Anyway, good luck to you.
