MP Fusion (11) - 超级懒人的 "叮叮/烤箱" 餐

超级懒人哦!

学生年代，在考试的那一个月，天天吃方便面, 卤水鸡蛋，卤水鸡腿, 一家面碎(从前大袋装的非常便宜, 现在很贵)。还有St-Laurent Meat Market(现在关闭了)超级便宜的Bacon Ends => Spaghetti alla Carbonara (MP Fusion 7)。考试月。。。。。。每4个月一次。。。。。。害我超过10年有方便面+卤水+bacon恐惧症。

题外话: 有一次买了1个月横跨加拿大的特价学生火车票, 天天在火车上吃火腿三文治, 又多了个面包恐惧症。

上班的年代嘛, 如果不是去餐厅吃饭，便吃罐头食品(用一次性塑料勺子直接从罐中吃到口里的那种

), 偶尔加点 Uncle Ben's Minute Rice+Campbell's罐头汤。剩下的时间，吃薯片或Cheese Pops作晚餐。:p

上班10年后, 发现了可以每周煮一次饭，冻结7份, 以后慢慢"叮"(微波炉), 慢慢吃。我家的冰箱，加上我邻居的超+超级大冰柜 :p 都挤满了我的冷冻纸碟食品，哈哈！(我的邻居一定很爱我 :cool: )

MP的Fusion, 真的应该称为乱炖。

现在不再爱微波炉，不够热，更多的使用烤箱。

两个人的日子, 有时买一个大Quiche(565g, $7-8)切半，或一个小Quiche($4.x)，在烤箱烤25分钟。每人半个小Quiche(或大Quiche的四分之一)，随便加个沙拉，加杯白葡萄酒，一个不错的简单午餐。

剩余的一半，用保鲜纸(Saran wrap/Glad wrap/shrink wrap/plastic wrap)包好，然后冷冻(frozen)，用时在烤箱烤40分钟。

Quiche有很多口味，除了著名的Quiche Lorraine, 还有5-Cheese, Spinach, etc。累了，有空时继续写。

Notes:
1.  Regular refrigerated Quiche only takes ~25-30 minutes to bake(=reheat).  Frozen Quiche requires 40 min. baking time.

2.  If u freeze half of the Quiche, wrap in Saran wrap prior to putting into freezer.  Before baking, remove the plastic wrap, put a strip of Aluminum foil covering the cut edge, to avoid Quiche getting dry.

3.  Sometimes u may see the Quiche on sale for 50% off on last "valid before date".  The crust may not taste as good; but it's perfectly OK to consume same day or to be frozen.

4.  Quiche is not that hard to make, look for recipe on web.  Try baking one from scratch. Quiche Lorraine should be the easiest to find.

There are baking pans that u can push the bottom(=removable round plate) up to remove the quiche/pie easily.

上周在Super C，这个星期在Maxi, Kraft Delissio Rising Crust Pizza 特价 $5.97/一盒两个比萨饼。

We cut the frozen pizza into 2 halves with cleaver.  Then bake it in toaster oven, ~400F for ~25 min.
(用大菜刀把冷冻比萨饼切为2半，不难切的。用"多士烤炉"=小烤箱, ~400度烤~25分钟即可。)

Similar to Quiche, put a strip of Aluminum foil [color="Red"]covering the cut edge before putting into oven. [color="Red"]Fold a little bit of foil under the pizza, u need the foil to catch the sauce and melted cheese during baking.

We wrap the other half in original plastic wrap/bag, then put it back into freezer for next meal.

The 2 of us share half a big pizza for lunch or small dinner。  ~$3 per frozen pizza, ~$1.5/两个人。

(最懒+最快的是冷冻蔬菜, frozen corn/frozen pea/frozen spinach/etc. :wink: )
3. 鸡 - 从超市买回家, 用厨房剪刀剪为两半, 一半冷冻 (frozen)。一半用小烤箱, +盐+黑胡椒粉, ~350度烤~60分钟即可。
(小步跑回计算机，继续上网，等待一元店买的计时器叮。)

这个烤鸡晚饭, 真的有点不是人吃的, 人懒嘛, 呵呵。:cool: 小窍门: 烤盘底部剩余下来的鸡油/鸡汁伴饭。

IGA经常有特价鸡($0.99/lb), 质量比较好。常见的3.x磅鸡, 半个鸡足以让两个人吃饱。如果幸运的话，可以找到不到2磅的小鸡。
小烤箱烤小鸡 - 整鸡+伴菜上台, 放在台中间, 两个人假装是庆祝某种特殊节日, 慢慢切, 慢慢锯。:p
