我仍在用PC长途电话卡 和 绿色的 Calling Card。PC刚告诉我，魁省的法律变化，他们的电话卡没有 有效日期了，= 永远有效。我主要用于公共电话亭打电话，4分 per 分钟，没有公共电话亭收费。没有写错，在公共电话亭拨打一个简短的本地电话，只收取4分 ; 唯一的问题是，来电显示 多伦多号码。http://pctelecom.ca/defaulttelecom.aspx/language/english

The day after u first use the card $0.21, thereafter  $0.21 every ~5th day, i.e. +4 days each time.  e.g. u start the card on 31/3, -$0.21 on 1/4, then -$0.21 on 5/4, then 9/4 . . . . .   

The $5 card is sold for $4 in Chinatown, ~$3.8 for 2nd card and+.  Valid for 8 weeks after 1st use.
