有点小引申：
假如文字不表达真实, 有以下三种原因.
1, 撒谎, 2, 语文学的不好, 3, 文科思维

1)      It is hard but I will accept your explanation that your second post is just a response to Brother Qing’s commence instead the purpose’s and meanings of your first one. My judgment is base on two factors: Your manner and attitude and the reference of Mr. Brother Qing. I like the way that an argument is made by facts and reasoning.  This will lead to a meaningful discussion. Therefore I would like to apologize for my improper comment and deep regret to what happened to you.  

However, it is really hard to think in that direction because it is against the common sense and basic expression of Chinese language. Obviously, the purpose of your first post is not only to persuade Mr. Brother Qing to work hard. I just invited four friends in China to read your posts in this column and asked them what they thought. Two of them have the background in science and engineering the rest are in economics and Chinese literature. Three of them received doctorial education and one holds a master degree. Unfortunately, all of them followed in my track. Are we stupid or something gets wrong?

2)      I am really not care about whether your opinions are pointed to me or not. Both of us should be free expression. If I do not accept something I have my own pen. The issue is we should be honest. It is dirty and ugly to speak one thing and do something else. That is why I got mad with you and why I do not forgive your little brother. If it were not, I would be response immediately.

I was astonished by your question. To be honestly, I even do not know what kinds of logical methods can make such terrible approach.  I suggest you review my article first then make it clear whom I was talking about:

a)Are you newly graduated Ph.D b) are you eager to show yourself shamelessly in front of the audience some of them are well educated, established even better trained and skilled c) can you overlook the quality of Princeton and McGill without the support of you own achievements d) do you think yourself as a俊杰天骄? If the answer is no, why you think that is you?!

For me it is simple. You sent a gift to someone and I found it was not suitable. Then I sent it back to you with my reason. That is.

If you think my emotion sensitivity is higher than logical accuracy, it will be a fatal mistake.

While my background crosses engineering and social science then my thinking style should cover yours. Is this a good assumption? Actually it is not.

谢谢你的厚言厚语。不想在网上多说，故一直未回。此次来加是合作，很快回国。我的博士后是前年在Princeton做的（博士期间因在顶级刊物发表论文，留校并选派去美）。美国的印象：不像想象的好。当然学术环境还是最好的。80’90’年青人有点规矩保守，不像中国同辈新思想新观念新事新名词多。这点上美国落后了。附 “游皇家山”，牛吹的大了点，只是一不留神，调起高了。
