It was hot and humid last night so some dancers at Verdun gazebo found it uncomfortable.

Suggestion:
Next time you can bring along a small towel and a clean t-shirt. From time to time during the dance, when you are hot and sweaty, you can go to the small washroom(one for men, one for women), which is located in the greenhouse just next to the basketball court, to wash your face and arms to cool off.
Paper towel in the washroom might run out early in the evening, so having your own small towel is recommended.
At the end of the night, change into a dry t-shirt before leaving.
It will make the whole dance-outing experience a lot more pleasant.

This practice is good for outdoor dancing as well as indoor dancing.

In winter it is not fun to walk into the cold outside
when you are still sweating profusely after a night of heavy dancing,
so changing into a dry shirt beforehand is always a good idea.

Next Saturday, Aug 22, is the last social-dancing night at the Verdun gazebo.
It will finish at 11pm, instead of the usual 10:30pm.

The DJ announced that the theme of the final night is "Back and white".
it means that you can wear:
Black top/white bottom;
White top/black bottom;
Black and white stripped top or bottom;
Black and white checkered top or bottom;
..., etc.
You get the idea.

Based on the experience of previous years,
there will be a free draw of many nice prizes that night,
including several bottles of wine, free dinner passes, ..., etc.
All the prizes are donated.

There will also be dance performance.
I think it was belly dance show last year
and Quebec junior latin champion the year before.
It is different every year.

It should be a fun night.
Maybe someone can take a few pictures as souvenir that night
and post it here.

Let's all hope that it WON'T rain that night.

跳得好的衰锅是很吃香地，没两下子的（如我）就只能戳那没事干了。
美女们其实不用愁，坐那不一会就会被牵走。:p
