自己建房无论是贵了还是便宜了，肯定有两样是增加了－－一个是风险，一个是劳累。而且做开了就不能中途而退，在房子没有起好以前，无论你真金白银投入了多少，你的房子的价值只是0。

你要足够的承受能力，做好准备你起的楼会烂尾，要确认即使你所有投入都变成渣，你都能快乐生活。你是这个档次的话，就可以去起。

自己建房困难重重，但也不要悲观，还是有一样大家是可以自己做的。那就是－－

My friend's husband built their house by himself --- one person. 2 story, 3 beds, 2 car garage. Only when pulling the beam, he asked his friends to help. They have 3 boys. The wife took care of the children, and the husband went to the lot to work every day after his own job.

My friend told me her brother and several neighbors also built their own houses. His husband learned electrity from one neighbor who was also building his own house at that time. In the 3rd year, they moved in, in the 5th year, the house was totally finished. Their children all grew up in this house.
