A while ago I biked to the city of Chambly, in south shore.
At a park, two young kids saw me and murmured to each other. One kid said:
"China...." (I'm assuming there is a "man" after "China" that I didn't hear)
The other one then whispered: "these people bothers me, it's like a bug in your ear, you know, en~~~ en~~~~"
Guess what, I walked away, not saying a word. Of course I was bothered, but not that much that I had to kill somebody...only close!
These jerks are everywhere.
I figure what we should do is to try to minimize negative impacts they can possibly have on us. Try to focus on what are really important for us in our lives: family, health, etc.
Depends on the situation, if you think it's safe to fix them on the spot, like, they don't have weapons and you are with a friend or two, then go kick their ass!
I'll try talk back next time in the same situation, or kick some ass really hard! I would say something like "which ear? let me cut it off"
Not matter what, I'll try to stay happy, it's hard but I must! Why? Because when you're happy, you win! you have victory!
Let me quote Winston Churchill:
"What is our aim?" - "Victory! Victory at all costs and in spite of all terrors; victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival." |
