      本人是quebec移民；加拿大境内担保老婆移民Quebec（申请材料在Montreal递交的）。最近收到联邦的信：通知我去做Quebec 的 Undertaking！同时邮寄一封信给我老婆说审理要等到Undertaking通过后才能继续。。。以下是部分原文：

什么是UNDERTAKING?

这跟境内境外递交没有任何关系. 完全取决于你担保老婆希望在哪里团聚(定居),如果是在魁省,当然要做魁省的UNDERTAKING, 实际就是要去给你老婆申请CSQ.
