Are you sure?it took me 40minutes just by passing bridge,if there is no traffic it only take me 3-5minutes(I pass the bridge from 4:15-4:55today).
and it was worse for the people from montreal to southshore,because I could see cars always stop there.
I passed the bridge by bus (bus 90) this evening at around 6:00pm. No jam.
Based on what I've seen so far (2 years in South Shore), jam always happens when the worker are setting up the traffic cones for bus lanes, and when they are removing the cones. So, 5:00pm and 7:00pm are bad time from MTL to south shore / from south shore to MTL.
