急问有关与人合租的问题！

和roommate合签的lease,但是现在想搬走，不知是否一定要得到roommate的同意？如果找的人roommate不满意，该怎么办？是否可以多给一个月的房租就可以了？

另外想彻底了结和这个lease的关系，不知该做些什么？

You have to negotiate with your roommate if you found person he/she doesn't agree; and I don't believe there is such law exist.
If you would get out this trouble complete, I believe you may pay three months of your shared rental parts or you negotiate with your roommate too.

在Quebec, 有这样的法律.
