请教租房补贴

请问什么时候申请适宜，如果我今年（2009）一整年都住在蒙，明年就可以申请了？明年申请是明年10月才能拿到一直到2011年9月，是这样吗？谢谢

Only if you have kid and your family income is lower than around 23000, then you are entitled to get shelter allowance. Also if you are single and you are more than 55 years old, you are allowed to apply shelter allowance.
