好吧，看在你谦虚的份上，就给你一个最简单的修正吧。

Hi, I am a well educated professional in my late 30s. tall, fit, down to earth guy. like travel, music, sports, food, reading, home improvement, etc.

I am caring and warm hearted person, looking for a soul mate. family oriented. loving healthy life style. If you are in your early 30s, care about the same, and love kids and family, you are the one I am looking for.

I grew up in the JiangZhe area. so if you happen to be from that/this area, you will be preferable as we may share some common memories and topics. But this is not a must as chemistry always plays a more important role in the relationship.

三人行，必有我师。 你的“如果去掉area, 就不应该有 the” 似乎是正确的。阁下对语法掌握的精细程度令我佩服。但是 “他又不是在找它” 是什么意思，请指教。

另外这一句：I am caring and warm hearted person, looking for a soul mate. family oriented.loving healthy life style 似乎不太成句。首先caring 前面应该有个不定冠词a，另外warm hearted 这个写法正确吗？最后，family oriented.loving healthy life style 是修饰Soul Mate的并列短语，用句号隔开是错误的，而且两个并列短语结构不一致，读起来没有美感。

真有较真的啊，不过你说得也是，我也说了只是最简单修改了。怎么好给人全盘改了呢。

因为人家是广告用语，所以总体无需精致语法了。

首先caring 前面应该有个不定冠词a 。。 good

另外这一句：I am caring and warm hearted person, （类似于 I am looking, 可算分词补足）looking for a soul mate. family oriented.(family oriented可算短语限定那个mate) ( loving 可算mate的又一分词补足)loving healthy life style 似乎不太成句。，另外warm hearted 这个写法正确(当然精确点的话，可以是warm-hearted )。用句号隔开是人家的事情，改成逗号吧。 两个并列短语结构不一致，。。。。。广告嘛，就这样了。


他又不是在找它 。。。 是那个来自 area 的人是 最适合的(....able)，不是it（非人和动物）. 如果是 代词 it ，应该是 it is preferred....

对理想中的女友要求好像也不是一句两句能说得清，况且人无完人，写一大堆，也不一定能找到完全一模一样的， 没啥特别意思。一定要说得话，两个人在一起，我觉得性格上能和得来挺重要，我就写写理想的她的性格吧。

最好能活泼开朗，独立自信，不会人云亦云，有自己的兴趣爱好。
喜欢自己的工作或学习，但又不是工作狂或学习狂。
遇到矛盾，不是回避问题，或者怨天尤人，而是敢于通过沟通来解决问题。
讲究生活细节，知情识趣。即能过好日子，也能过苦日子。
