Yes, it seems easy to get what you want in the phone; but after you will see the real strategy:
I talked to bell, they promised to give you this price or that price. I made sure writing down the confirmation #. But when I received the Bill, Bell never keeps theri promise - what they said in the phone is one thing, what the bill charging you is another thing.
When you want to argue with them, they keep you waiting and waiting, making your call last hours. But the result is the same - they cannot keep their promise and always charge you more in the bill. |
