only watch the first two period,
canadian put more pressure on the neutral zone, that s major change since the first round
but pengium play well to lose, not the game they can control
no any penalty on the first two periods, many calls are missed
that casue the frustration of crosby
usuallly i am not complaining abt the refs, but today, some calls are really missed so badly
the series getting hot
tuesday will be a tough game and important game

I didn't see the Canadiens forechecked well  yesterday,  they played same style of game 2 as ones vs Capitals. They looked like a bit more offensive becasuse Pens are less aggresive than Capitals.

Frankly, i didn't think Pens played well yesterday. When Canadiens' coach assigned D men to check Crosby, other players didn't step up such as Malkin. Crosby was minus 2 and one shot in game 2, and broke his stick on the net which was not called a penality (he was lucky). the refs usually would make it up later if they missed some calls...

The Canadiens lost all-star d men Markov, but has new blood PK Subban. I love him a lot bcz he is so skilled and talented young kid...

Anyway, i think Canadiens' coach JM outplayed his opponents' in playoffs.

Canadian get halak, but we got a Quebecor who name Fleury!!!
Crosby created a chance for a power play and Malkin got a vital goal~
hard fought both sides at game 3, so far the most entertaining series in league, halak is playing good, fleury plays exceptional, camarelli has his great playoff, crosby still got his check man on, malkin made a goal after screwing off many chance, so far so fun...
canadian team is like a game team, play with passion and heart, see if they can keep up, cant wait for game 4~

I have to say Fleury played superb game against habs. He is the reason why Pens won yesterday. However, Halak was great too.

Canadiens played offensive game in the first period,  and went back to their defence mode in the second and third periods. How could they win if they had only 1-0 shots on goals  in 2 periods? What did JM think at that time? if i were coach in game 4, i would demand more offence, at least as the score is even.

Malkin had a great game yesterday, which could take off some critics on him these days. However, i just didn't like Crosby any more. I used to like him a lot even though he is not a Canadien. I like any player who plays well.  I found he was so immature, a whining kid. He broke the stick on Canadien net in game 2, and in game 3, chopped on Geroge's foot at end of second period, initiating a melee after. C'm on, Sid, who cares who you are, you are paid to score, you are paid to be checked, don't behave as whining kid..... so disappointed.:mad:

What a game!

Canadiens found their luck again. Pens played a great game tonight, but are not lucky to win. The stats made those analysts look bad again.

I think my guess was proved right as the Canadiens played a completely offensive game, and super hero Halak was superb again.

Canadiens have to work on PK and their own power play, then they have a chance.

Officiating is so terrible, fortunately Canadiens won the game, what the heck were referees doing there?:mad:

ha, Bluecoffee, you are happy now, i bet you got money back, but don't get drunk....

Anyway, Penguins are overall better than Canadiens. AS Canadiens fans, we should be happy to see Canadiens going that far, whether they will win or lose. As i mentioned in last post, they have to find ways to stop pp goals. It will be a difficult job for Jack Martin to figure out how to go deep into Penguin's zone, but i don't think Pens will change too much. Pens will continue to depend on D men scoring with forward like Guerin parking in front of net as a screen or picking a rebound. We will see tomorrow

Phily made NHL history last night in Boston by overcoming 0:3 deficit in the series and in game 7.

It will be fun to watch two miracle teams fighting for a ticket to the Stanley Cup final 2 weeks later.

It is first time  in the post-season that Canadiens won't be regarded as underdog team.

My prediction: Canadiens in 6. The Montreal fans will once again celebrate the victory in St-Catherine that night.
