急！房东罚款500，大家看该怎么办？

谢谢大家的留言，我现在把房东给我们的信的内容写在这里，大家帮着看看有什么意见：
Please be inform that we the landlord hold you responsible to all damages caused by the washing machine in your apart. The faulty operations of your qashing machine has caused problems to your own apartment and to the adjacent apartment. The washing machine(washing cloths and spreading your cloths to dry) in your apartment has caused mildew to exterior walls of your apartment( damages not yet estimated) and cause water damages to other apartments below.
In accodance with the conditions of your lease which you have signed you are being held responsible for all the damages you have caused.

The necessary repairs work have been repaied already 5 times and you are held responsible for all the expense which have occurred because you have failed to comply to obligations of you lease.
We are sending you notice that the total cost of the repairs $500.00.

要10天之内交罚款，我想了一下想这么做，大家看有没有漏洞：
我10天之内不交罚款，但给他回一封挂号信，这么写：
1. 交出我的洗衣机弄坏他的房子的证据，如果拿的出来我就交。其实这也是我的真实想法，我们也是敢做敢当，我不是要抵赖，而是怎么觉得那房子不是我们弄坏的。
2. 请他也在10日之内给我为什么在没有事先通知的情况下进入我们的房间，如果没有回复我也要告他去。
大家看行不行，有没有更好的建议，日期快到了，请大家踊跃啊，多谢！！
