这种情况可能以后会慢慢改变了。
因为不是说法院裁定MLS要开放了。以后经济可能会提供A LA CARTE的服务。
就是给你上MLS多少钱,开个OPEN HOUSE多少钱,文件多少钱等等。
可能越来越少的人用这种全套服务了。。

报纸上早就登了。不过是不是已经FINAL的裁定就不太清楚了。
这样的确会更合理。现在已经有很多竞争了。象BYTHEOWNDER. 还有2%的proprio direct
过去对卖方来说,你只能接受WHOLE PACKAGE.
报上说以后就因为竞争,慢慢的就会有人提供A LA CARTE的服务了。可能整个演变过程比较缓慢。
