From Montreal:

Take the Champlain Bridge/Highway 10 East towards Sherbrooke
Take the exit 22 to merge onto Highway 35 S towards St-Jean-sur-Richelieu
On the Highway 35, take the exit 45 Pierre-Caisse (old exit 9)
Turn left at the first traffic light
Continue straight ahead at the second traffic light
Now, you drive onto Boulevard Industriel
Continue straight ahead at the third traffic light
Follow the indications for public entrance
