Phoenicia Plain Yogurt is on sales this week at PA, $1.69/750g (page 1 of flyer).  Good Yogurt also, sort of middle-eastern style.  Phoenicia is always 10 or 20 cents more expansive than Astro.  Going home now, have fun!

“PA另外一种Liberte，打折时500g卖0.99的（果味），就发酵不了，我认为乳酸菌不够”

热奶后要等奶冷却才加酸奶， 否则会把culture杀死。

另外也不必每次到超市买酸奶成品做种， 只要把这一次造好的酸奶留下一点点放进freezer冰箱， 下一次造酸奶的时候再拿来用。（就像老面一样。）

I believe all Greek Style yogurt are similar, i.e. super thick, super smooth.  Supposed to use different making process than regular yogurt. I would stay away from the commercial brands, e.g. Yo~lait??.  My friend buy "Skotidakis" Plain(=sour) Greek Style yogurt, ~$4/454g. Skotidakis.com

The one I bought from PA ~2 weeks ago, $0.99/500g on sales:

Vanilla Infusion (the 2nd flavor I bought was Coffee, both were good)

10% M.F. (=fat :p ).  My friend said it's too sweet, I found it OK, but I blended it with some plain yogurt anyway.

现在我每隔数个月 去市中心一次，无公车月票 ma，wu wu!!。那天我去市中心 有其他事情做，不知道有打折的。本周 PA 有打折的 Astro 不错，$1.99/5x175g，我通常只吃 Astro 家 有"真"水果的那种，应该是本周的这个！看清楚不是 ?? flavor 的。
