先观察一下，是不是小孩子自己摸而起；如果是这样的情况，注意是不是裤子啊、衣服啊、被子啊有摩擦，或是玩的时候不注意，外阴受感染。

或者是尿憋硬的。如果叫起床后，尿的多、时间长，就属正常。如果是长时间如此，注意饮食方面。
