我是２００8年10月短登温哥华，呆了7天，然后回国，２００９年１１月长登直接到蒙特利尔，２０１０年９月预备上学．不知道我这种情况，是否可以归类魁省居民的第８种情况，即：　在外省没有住满３个月．有人说我中间回国超过６个月，不能算，现在说法不一，不知道有没有人是我这种情况拿到了上学补助． 请知道情况的朋友告知一下，谢谢！

这些证明不怕，关键是我在意的是我回国的那一年时间，这样的话我申请L&b是要求我住在魁省3个月还是1年呢？ 我看官方的说法是“At the time of registration or before the end of the semester, you had been residing in Québec for more than three months and you had not resided elsewhere in Canada for more than three months since your arrival in the country."

Permanent residents who depart from Canada within the first three-months of their landing date and who establish themselves in Québec on their return to Canada may also qualify. Please refer to the section on passports. Students in this situation must provide a sworn statement [PDF version of sworn statement] confirming their activities and travels after leaving Canada and since their return to Canada.
