二房东多收房租，官司在我搬家后判我赢，但他不还钱。请问哪里能提供帮助？

一般法官的判决书上有写明限多少时间还,过了时间,你拿了判决纸去法庭,他们会给你一张表添,缴$90,添了表,然后去找讨债公司,他们会收你$200,然后由他们去讨,保证讨回,你付的所有费用,都会加在帐单上,由欠款人一并付清.或者你拿了纸直接去找讨债公司.放心,由他们出面,你一定可以要回钱.只要是判了你赢.他越拖,付的钱就越多.

From what I understand by the collection company, which you have to pay at least 20% of the amount you are claiming, if you what claim back for the cost you paid to the collection company from your depfendant, it's little quite complicate.

With the Rental Board decision, you have another way to go: Bring your Rental Board decision to the small claim court, and the Small Claim Court according the Rental Board decision would order the defendant to pay the amount, otherwise the court will take a seizure to against him with all the cost.

如果没有法庭判决书,讨债公司是要收取%,但是有了判决书,就不用了.法庭是不负责帮你讨回钱的.

请问"悠闲":你所说的"讨债公司"是不是"huissier"?我按判决书中的执行条款去找他们,但他们让我自己找出被告人的财产,银行帐号,交给他们后由他们执行.问题是找被告人的财产要自己付不少律师费.

你打我贴出来的那个电话问一下,看他们着么说,他们没有让我去找什么什么.都是他们自己找对方谈要是还碰到麻烦,我让我先生帮你问一下,他们自己人,语言交流没问题,可能问的清楚一点.

我打完了官司,被告应在10天内退我800元,但一直未还.我去问法院,法院让我找bailiff,我找了一个,但该机构要我交给他们760元,并说要案钱的时间会在一年左右,而且要扣掉我100元费用(只退我660元和要回的800元,请问悠闲,是不是讨债公司有不同的运作方法
